I have proudly been part of the British curry industry since 1995, dedicating my career to hospitality, customer service and business excellence. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside many talented professionals, gaining invaluable experience and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build and grow successful restaurant businesses.
In 2016, I founded Thai & Pie Restaurant with a vision to bring something fresh and distinctive to the dining experience. By combining authentic Thai cuisine with carefully crafted dishes inspired by a variety of culinary traditions, my goal has always been to offer customers exceptional food, memorable dining experiences and the highest standards of quality and service.
As the Managing Director of Thai & Pie Restaurant, I remain committed to innovation, consistency and continuous improvement. I firmly believe that lasting success is built through hard work, embracing new ideas and creating an environment where both customers and our team feel welcomed, respected and valued.
Having spent more than 30 years in this remarkable industry, I have witnessed its growth, challenges and achievements. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting its future and encouraging greater collaboration across our sector.
