Since 2007, I have dedicated my career to supporting the British curry industry by developing technology that helps independent restaurants operate more efficiently, improve customer service and retain greater control of their businesses.
As the Founder and CEO of GKSOFT, I have worked closely with restaurant owners across the United Kingdom, providing EPOS systems, commission-free online ordering solutions, restaurant websites and practical digital tools designed specifically for the hospitality sector.
Through this work, I have seen first-hand the pressure independent restaurants face from rising costs and high-commission third-party platforms. I believe technology should empower businesses—not make them dependent or reduce their ability to protect their profits and customer relationships.
This belief led me to establish the British Curry Network, a platform created to connect restaurant owners, chefs, suppliers, employees and professionals from across the UK.
